Melynn VanSkiver: Veteran, Mother, Artist, and Entrepreneur

Melynn VanSkiver was born in New York, where she went to school and joined the armed forces. After leaving the military, she became a mother and found new passions in motherhood and the arts. Her desire to share her breakfast ideas with others led her to meet Doug Underwood, an entrepreneur who helped her make her dreams a reality: Breakfast on the Run.

Melynn is committed to providing jobs for military veterans after they are discharged from active duty. Breakfast on the Run proudly employs military veterans, and Melynn also offers resources to veterans in need.
